The main requirements of plastic chair mould as below:

1) Chair Stacking

Plastic chairs need stack with each other, it will be convenient for transportation and storage. During product design, we will check the product stacking problem, make the stacking more smooth and easy. And we will check the stacking chair numbers, normally more than 15 pieces of chairs, and after stacking, the chairs won't have big slant, it will be almost straight. We also will analyze other points of plastic chair to provide you a better chair product design.

2) Chair Strength

Plastic chair strength is very important, for normally chair, it need bear more than 150 kg weight, we will increase the main position wall thickness and add more strength ribs to increase the chair strength. And we will add some line on the bottom of the legs to avoid silting.

3) Chair pattern:
