It also can add cover for this folding crate, need one more mould for cover. Every part dimensions are important, they need good assembling with each other. So to control the mould sizes is the main points. We will use good tooling equipment to tool mould parts. We will consider the bearing strength of folding crate after assembling. We will add more strength ribs on the important position to increase the crate strength. The crate can be stack with each other when it open and close, and make sure it can be stacked easily.

We will use muti tips hot runner system for the folding crate base mould, the mould steel material is P20 for the core and cavity, with guarantee mould life 500000 shots. The mould spare parts can be made into the DME standard. For side wall moulds, it can be made into cold runner side gate or 1 tip hot runner to reduce the gate length.
