The main points of plastic container mould is container thickness, weight, function and surface. For container thickness, we will use high speed milling machine to process rectangular container moulds and square container moulds, using high speed lathe machine to process round container moulds, use precision tooling equipment can control the product thickness better. To control the product thickness well, you can get the required product weight as per your demand. Less container weight, can reduce the product cost. During mould design, we will pay attention on the container and lid assembling, the lock position will be designed for water sealing. After mould testing, we will test mould leakage or other tests as per your requirement. Most container products are transparent, so the product surface is important, we will have a good polish of the molding surface. For thin wall container moulds, the air vent position we will analyze during design,so container is easy to injection under less machine pressure. All containers will be designed with some stacking gap, so they can stack with each other easily.
