Mould core and cavity steel can use P20 or 718 etc steel according to your requirements, using P20 steel has guarantee mould life 500,000 shots. In order for good cooling, it can add Beryllium Copper on the top of the core part and cavity edges to shorten the mould cooling time, because beryllium copper has better heat dissipation. Our company has professional design team to handle outdoor dustbin product and mould design. We use advanced software, such as UG,CAE etc. We will analyze the best suitable injection gate size, air vent position etc to avoid the some normal mould problems before mould making.
